General Wellness Health Assessment Visit
You will meet with one of caring providers who take the time to fully evaluate your health and perform basic A1C, Cholesterol, and Urinalysis etc. Some other tests in house if needed. If required then will discuss other health assessments with you.
Comprehensive Wellness with Blood Panel
The blood test panel provides important information about an individual's organ function, blood cell counts, thyroid function, and lipid levels. The blood test panel that includes CMP with GFR, CBC with differential, TSH, and lipid panel tests can provide a comprehensive assessment of an individual's overall health status. The lipid panel measures levels of different types of cholesterol and fats in the blood, including total cholesterol, LDL (bad) cholesterol, HDL (good) cholesterol, and triglycerides. High levels of LDL cholesterol and triglycerides and low levels of HDL cholesterol can increase the risk of heart disease and stroke.
The Ultimate fatigue panel
The fatigue panel consist of 8 different blood tests: These test may vary by age group. Some of the test include CBC, Comprehensive Metabolic Panel, Iron Total Binding Capacity, Total; Lyme disease, TSH, Urinalysis, Complete. The results of these tests can help identify underlying medical conditions that may be contributing to fatigue and guide further diagnostic evaluation and treatment. Fasting for 8 to 12 hours before a blood test is preferred

Thyroid Panel
Thyroid Panel contains blood tests used to assess thyroid function. Thyroid Basic Panel contains blood tests used to assess thyroid function. The tests Free T3, Free T4, TSH measure levels of different thyroid hormones and the thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) produced by the pituitary gland.
Thyroid Ultimate
Tests included in the Thyroid – Ultimate Panel are related to thyroid function and can provide information about the health of the thyroid gland and the levels of thyroid hormones in the body. There are about 8 tests used to evaluate the function and health of the thyroid gland.: Reverse T3; T3, Free;T3, Total; Thyroglobulin Abs; Thyroid Panel (TSH, Free T3, Free T4); Thyroid Peroxidase Abs (TPO). Thyroid hormones are important for many bodily functions, including metabolism, heart rate, body temperature, and energy levels.
